Me and Raiderlo found a Method to use OVR again by force downgrading Steamvr
Use the Run command by pressing the Windows key + R and type the command: steam://open/console
This will open up the steam console allowing you to download the old files for Steamvr
Then you can input the following commands separately:
download_depot 250820 250821 4146441952070091479
download_depot 250820 250824 5862217504045387455
download_depot 250820 250827 2950592113021695594
download_depot 250820 250830 7391958373704501609
download_depot 250820 250831 4610675545635483043
download_depot 250820 250833 8084172187417437723
This will download the older verion of steam vr
When all depot files are downloaded into your Steam > steamapps>content>app_250820 folder, close Steam.
Make a new Folder called "SteamVR" anywhere (you are going to move it into the steam folder).
Open each depot folder and copy whatever is inside of each one into the new folder you just created. (they look like they will overwrite eachother but they are different files)
Go into Steam>steamapps>common and delete the SteamVR folder
Copy your new SteamVR folder you just made into the common folder
