Having trouble seeing the email that is linked to my in-game account

I'm having trouble figuring out what email is linked to my in-game account I tried going to settings and then account but all it shows is what's in the video below so if someone could either help me link my in game account to my meta or tell me what the email link to my in game account is that would be greatly appreciated

If you already explained how to do this and the other thread I'm sorry I didn't see it but what I need to know how to do is I need to know how do I link an email to my VR account cuz I don't currently have one linked to my account as you can see in the video that I attached so where do I go to link an email to my account or link my account to my meta

just type your e-mail into the window and confirmation window that you see in the video

then log in using that email on pc

don't forget to hit save after putting the email address in
