I tried it against mulligan a couple times, poor guy didn't stand a chance

How are you doing against mastery with this?

I haven’t tried it yet. I’ve mostly been running into stompy and gunhaunt.
If I had to guess how the matchup goes, I assume mastery is favored 60-40. That’s not the best rate but you can’t win em all.
Granted, I’ve never played it, I’m just guessing

i just played against mastery with the list. I played it as aggressively as possible since i knew without taunts it won't survive the late game against mastery. it's definitely a weak matchup, if they play second and get a 1 mana arcane experiment its hard to get through their blockers. i did manage to get through their pact and got them to down to 5, but they got ritual off and had 3 WW in hand by turn 12.

I think you should probably aim to win by turn 9 vs mastery otherwise you kinda just lose

Yeah, I kinda want to know how this deck played... and what two expect if I ran across this deck and ranked, I noticed the lack of creatures so I wasn't really too concerned about desperadoes, and I don't play the typical mastery deck. I play my own creation

And I’m not saying yours isn’t original but the last time I heard “my mastery deck isn’t like other mastery decks”, it was literally the most basic mastery list.

Woah woah lol simma down ... not at all criticizing your deck. I'm saying as a mastery player when you don't see a ton of creatures on the board. You kind of lick your chops l o l... and ask blue, my deck is different. Then your typical mastery

agreed. i guess you can use raahil's cantrips to mark things to make nemesis better, but fetch is almost always better

some kind of taunt would be helpful with keeping sparklings alive as well as protecting face, but idk what you would cut

Soulfire brand marks so that’s good but that’s mostly used to kill two guys right then and there

Maybe I use the taunt Unyeilding slime. Decent attacker, protector for mastery and gives bodies.
