I'm trying to log in and I just want to ask where i can find my password, because i don't remember having a password when I first started playing on VR

To sync your quest account to an Email you need to go into VR and going into settings and press this button to add a Email and password to your VR account

In the “account” setting I think you can just add a different password and it should work
Go into your VR open your watch menu - press Settings - Account - and just type a new password

If your not logged in, you can go to “sign in with email”, then choose “forgot my password” at the bottom middle
If you didn’t have a password due to using the “sign in with (platform)” button, you will need to be on that platform to log in and make the change shown by @leaden sable which will then let you log in anywhere
