So it’s happened a number of times where a player (presumably a sore loser) berates me calls me several explicitives and before I can pull the menu he rage quits.
Now with no way to report their behavior I’m stuck unable to make a report

In ranked you can pull up the tavern to see who is there, even if they left the name will still be there and you can report them.

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do with out hard evidence. i would reccomend every ranked match you point at your opponent so you have the report option open even after they leave

@compact remnant doesn’t it seem a bit wrong to make it a standard to expect every player to assume their going to need to report everyone they que with.
This is a ranked issue.
Wouldn’t a blanket report issue that grabs the last minute of log for name be a better solution?

i agree but to my knowledge if a player leaves so does the option to Select The menu To bring up the self mod tools or report option.
i would need a video or some sort of hard proof to Moderate the player

In ranked next time, try to pull up the tavern after your match ends and see if the player is listed there, 90% sure they are.

So the exact situation last night I logged in cute for ranked got in with a guy that was talking smack and most the game nothing too egregious, but after I beat him, he called me several choice words, and then click the button to hard leave before I was able to report
Then two games later, we queued up with each other, I called him out for the pst game and he reported me. I had a screen grab from the previous match but no video
I tried to type exactly what he said and the auto dev grabbed it lol

do you know what dev told you that because thats not how we moderate. if a player has proof that you broke a rule then we will moderate that player

And no there was no evidence either way so it all was mute.
But this isnt the first time and it definitely won’t be the last
There has to be a better way to get these people out of our community or at the least moderated

Similar thing happened to me last night, as I was leaving, he said something that wasn’t very and I only heard the first half, and I left already so I couldn’t report him. He was just being kind of rude at the end, so I waved it off as being mad cause of the loss.
