No confirmed reports will stay on your record
If a moderator has talked to you about you misbehaving that is considered a confirmed report
No will stay there for future reference but as long as you learn from it and don't misbehave again it's not going to be a problem
No it all the depends on what you did and how long ago your last offense was
but if you think it's stupid that you would get punished for something you've already been warned about in the past maybe you should take a break from the game for an unspecified amount of time
while we appreciate your suggestion here grumpy, you can put this in #1074839619671179304 for the developers to consider in the future. The moderation team is just following the system that was set in place for them to follow and we hope that you can understand.
All players agree to the Code of Conduct when creating their accounts and they are posted on the center pillar of every haven and lair for all to see. When playing Cards & Tankard you are in agreement of those terms, if you choose to violate that code you are subject to moderation.
@brisk girder this is the response that matter here. There is a big difference between 3 warnings over 3 years versus 3 warnings over 3 days for instance. Moderators see the history and timeline and take that into account when making a decision about the appropriate corrective action necessary to prevent further occurrences of the infraction committed.
We will not remove reports from players histories though because there is also still a difference between a first time offender and someone who is receiving their 3rd warning over 3 years. Moderators need the entire player history because it is unique to that player and how to handle the situations moving forward.
