When I play ranked and place the Is rioting Insider it stays on my side dose damage to my opponent but makes it hard to grab cards

Thanks for the report. This has already been reported, sorry your having the issue. Once you play it, they should be able to grab and move it so you can try sorting things out that way in the meantime.
