If your referring to officially planned events (currently there are none as of time of writing) you typically open the event up and follow the "challonge" link to sign up.

Yes, but where do you find the link? Where will it be posted?

Inside of the event, I cannot demonstrate at the moment as none exist. But you would click on the event itself (where you'd then press "Interested") and in the event's description there'll be a link to the challonge webpage which is where you'd sign up
