I am playing on Quest Pro. When i Point at cards, creature or Spellbook i get a white Line that lets me interact on Distance. Also i am told one should be able to point at other players for social interaction like muting or friending.

However on the Quest Pro this interaction on Distance does not work for any Props that are in Taverns or Lairs and i never actually was able to point to other people. I talked with two ither Quest Pro Users and it does not work for them either.

Latest Update Quest v56 and game.

With the "point at a player", just to check... you hold the "grab" button on your controller and aim at a player, you should get some haptic feedback and then after a short period it'll spawn your watch menu with their profile open.

The same is true for doing a "distance grab" on a prop.

Okidoki 🙂 Just to be clear I'm not assuming your dumb when I make any suggestions; I'm just triple checking you tried things, so apologies in advance if anything I say comes across as insulting in my questioning 😅

I did not realize that you could make the pointer appear that way because with all tge spellbooks and stuff its automatic. Did not realize it in the tutorial. So scrap that report.

With the cards on the counter and in your book, it is automatic because you are most likely actively engaging with it.
Whilst to not be annoying and constantly have finger beams, you need to hold "grab" to actually point at a player or prop to bring it to your hand.

Glad to hear this was just a thing that was not properly clarified to you in the tutorial and is actually working 🙂

I am going to tell my friends with the other quest pros about it. Hihi. Thank you so much. Now i can finally get that stuff of the ground and see where that key goes. Love to you and thanks for this beautiful game.
