The second video clip is one we are actively attempting to resolve as part of the development of the current build.
With that first clip, I do not see any reason why that happened based on the game state. What were you doing prior to that point ? Had Alkar just died?

Also, to let you know, a "work around" for that 2nd clip's problem is when you next get into a match and draw new cards, the on-screen hand will be updated. So you can get rid of this yourself.
