There is a bug with Oculus being installed that can cause audio to not work in PC mode versions of VR games. Sometimes restarting your PC will fix this, if not you can try disabling the Oculus audio device.
If that does not work you can try the steps in this article. Personally, Method 4 on this link worked for me

I do hear all the other noises in the game just not the voices
And my Mike works all the way to a steam check check but not in the game

No, more info though, I had 2 operating systems on one pc, one worked fine, the had the problem mentioned above. Ultimately I wiped the os out that had the problem so I can no longer even try to fix it. Both os's were the same version of windows, installed on two diffrent hard drives.

I fixed it somehow by having the game open and taking my Ethernet cable out and when it disconnected me I put it back in and it worked somehow. Total accident too

Great. Always quit the game if you have to take your headset off. Any VR App or Game. Don’t be away from keyboard (afk)

This "bug" is not a bug for me, I ALWAYS having it, it's because there no setting for audio device ingame, just do that :
And here put the Oculus device as default for everything
Dont forget to reput ur usual device as default after closing ur game
This problem was introduce with the pc flat version, already pointed it when I was beta tester.

Voice chat in games runs through VoIP in most cases, it may be a problem with your isp or a hiccup in the system, in some cases restarting your router can solve these types of problems

A good way that I got my to get fixed the first time was just running it in administration mode. But now I dont see that option and dont know what to do
