Google determines what links to show based on relevance and volume. Those links on screenshot might change with time. All you can do is signal to google what pages are important on your site. For example by including them on each page in footer or menu so all pages link to them. With time google/engines will pick up on them

you can also set a priority inside the sitemap. That why I recommended it

People used it a lot to spam Google that they stopped using it
