Google indexing works in mysterious ways. You can only put up a request to index again but it can take upto a week or sometimes less.

Also you need to be following some general guidelines of favicon and your icon must be accessible by the bots.

I have tried both, but still not working

#

Are there any other reasons this is happening

#

Or any manual way to do this?

search nexify club in the google

#

This is what comes when I search in the google

#

As you can see there is a meta image on the chrome tabs.

#

And as per next 14 I have given an icon.png in app directory in the code

#

@torpid walrus @half geode you can check this up.

I see the Vercel icon on the Google indexing. Is that icon still there in your build by any chance

#

If yes, remove that from the public folder and then try building it. Maybe it should fix it

@torpid walrus I also dont know where the vercel icon is coming from, I removed it from my project a month ago

Try providing other icon/favicon sizes

#

The only one i can find is like 512 px

#

Also try asking for another indexing on google search console
