I don't know what's the problem is that. My all hobby projects deployment is disable, my limit not exceed and didn't get any email from vercel.
can anyone help me out from this?

as you see "UNAVAILABLE_FOR_LEGAL_REASONS". So they have their reasons on why they disabled your env. We (here on discord) don't know the reason, so head over to #vercel-help
