#extracting check box values in server actions

I am getting this and want to extract all the possible values on that I can store it

FormData {
  [Symbol(state)]: [
    { name: 'city', value: '' },
    { name: 'state', value: '' },
    { name: 'interest', value: 'football' },
    { name: 'interest', value: 'golf' },
    { name: 'interest', value: 'swimming' }
  ]

when I run formdata.get("interest") I only get the first value
