Is there any fix for this ?
I wrapped the element in suspense and add the search params string as key and it worked fine but only in development environment, so any fix ?

Search params do not cause an rsc rerender, maybe router.refresh() would trigger the loading state since it is refetching rsc but I'm not 100% positive on that one.
