Great work! Definitely a very unique design - One I haven't seen thus far 👀
Couple of things I would like to point out.
The inital "loading screen" with your name is scrollable. I personally did that before realising that it faded away to reveal the portfolio. Maybe make it so that scrollable when the name is visible? Because if the user did scroll, they would end up at the bottom on the page when it faded away which isn't be best user experience imo.
The two buttons on your featured projects are very tiny. It's not a big problem on PC but on a phone I can definitely see some issues coming up when trying to click them (especially the wrech icon). Also the text in the tool tip showing the technologies is also a bit too tiny imo. Will be a lot worse on the phone 👀

great thanks for the feedback! haven't watched it in my phone, but did test it in my browser with the different devices screen change thing, lol. Would probably be a good idea to open it on mobile, thanks!

This is really cool! I tested it on my laptop and it worked really well. I really like that you arranged your social and contact links vertically. I haven't seen that before and it's a really nice touch. The one thing I'd consider changing relates to the "public" links on your project cards. Since they link to github repos, you might want to change "public" to "github" so users know they're being taken to github.
