I am hitting a very weird issue with rendering in the App Directory, happening only when deployed to Vercel.

The issue appears to be the same as https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/49205 - but unfortunately it's closed

I wonder if anyone has hit the same? Kinda lost

No worries. As others have been mentioning in the ticket - it's a bug in Next.js

+1, seems like a Vercel bug. Our old deploys are still fine, but our new deploys (as of this morning) are having this issue.
