I have not read anything about a scheduled date for the /pages router to be depreciated. When it happens, I imagine there will be a pretty substantial warning. It won't stop working on a semver minor upgrade, for example.

In the past Vercel has dropped stuff pretty fast though, so there is definitely some added degree of risk, especially if your app is not easily portable to the new router structure.

They said the pages router will continue to be supported for multiple major versions.
Of course that means there will be a point at which it will be deprecated. But not anytime soon.
