BTW, in case anyone wondering why there isn't a project section. My previous job is working in a government department in which NDA is highly regarded. And I can't share too much about my current job without violating the NDA. And I don't have much side projects either
@tough urchin
i just have to start by saying
beautiful man
like absolutely gorgeous
sure you had me a bit, angry since your site starts off by looking like the same old designs
but wow
this is very clean
a few things i would add, smooth scrolling when using the navbar
this section is a bit bright, for dark mode it shldnt be so jarring
Animation is on my TODO list, but I would see how the UI library I use may approach this. Or else I may do it my own with framer motion
well its not really animations per se, just add the css property scroll-behavior: smooth to your html
thats it :D
I guess light mode is ok? If yes, then may be I only need to choose a darker blue color when in dark mode
lemme check light mode
yea light mode is fine
i got a seizure because i never use light mode, but worth it :D
Yeah I know. It's just that if I'm doing that, I may animate the rest of the elements (e.g. nav drop down and course card searching) in the same PR
Thanks for the feedback
so any projects?
no problemo, think you can check out my portfolio?
I built it a while back with React, gonna port it to Next JS when i finish my 2 month long project( dont ask why i make such big projects lol)
I'm not feeling too comfortable sharing those from my full-time job. At least not discussing the details in public. I still have trouble grasping what can or cannot be discussed under NDA.
And I don't have many meaningful side projects.
Hence no project section at the moment
Oh yea def dont put out your job projects, that would be bad
alright no problem.
Just a mockup, may be in this color instead?
yess better
very
a thing to take note of, your white button's inner text doesnt seem very visible
maybe its because its a picture
for me
so just make sure its visible
You mean the "see the source code"?
yep
