delay when save on Windows 11

Hello
when i save file on vscode there is delay when it rerenders in browser. (same in WSL)
it works perfectly on linux.
so annoying, i dont understand what to do.

i suppose it is just that your window machine is slower than the linux counterpart

or the fast refresh server works slower on windows
