`next build` hanging

Made a very basic app to test out v13 and it won't build. It infinitely stays on "Creating an optimized production build" when trying to build. I've tried different platforms, and even locally, but It still doesn't work.

No I didn’t end up fixing it. Just downgraded Next and it worked

but like… still problematic

I cant find the v13 version in the git history is it there?

yep, manage to repro it and when I downgrade to v12 it works. I don't see an issue opened, @snow shale can you open an issue (or let me use your repro if you dont want to open one)?

Yes, if you want to use my repo go ahead, but I think a barebones repo just for demonstration should suffice
