on the other pc it's updated to the latest ver and toolbar has no issues

as open source project we have some benefics like free code signing from platforms like Signpath, just that we reached quota limit cuz nightly builds shouldn't be signed xd (well in fact is better to sign them but signpath have too small quota size)
