Explorer.exe error on startup

Hey, I'm having a serious issue after uninstalling Seelen UI and I can't fix it.

Current situation:

• Windows taskbar is visible (sometimes) but completely unresponsive (can't click the Windows button, Win key does nothing)
• Win+D and Win+Tab dont work but win+r work
• Can't open Settings at all (loads indefinitely or does nothing)
• ShellExperienceHost.exe and StartMenuExperienceHost.exe are missing from Task Manager
• At every startup I was getting an explorer.exe error
• Right-click was extremely slow at some point

What I've already tried:

• SFC /scannow → no corruption found
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth → completed successfully but nothing changed
• Tried to manually launch ShellExperienceHost.exe and StartMenuExperienceHost.exe from SystemApps → nothing happens
• taskkill + restart of explorer.exe → no change
• Reinstalled Seelen UI and uninstalled it properly with app data deletion

Context:

• Windows 11
• I use Wallpaper Better (tested: not the cause)
• No system restore points available

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to re-register or restore ShellExperienceHost and StartMenuExperienceHost without a full reset? any fix without resinstalling windows please?

Have you used anything customisable rather than Seleenui?

At the same time or after unistalling it ?

Thank you for your reply, i have this error at the same time AND after unistalling it, and aside from Seelen, I don't have anything else, but rest assured, I fixed the problem shortly after posting, i followed a video about the "explorer.exe" error: I had to delete a folder cache, and it worked, i was able to install and use Seelen without any problems, and everything is working perfectly !

this is not a Seelen UI issue, it's a bug with your windows installation
