[2 issues] this window is never added to the wm, start menu not opening

replicate by filling all spaces, opening app and then even when space is freed the app will not be added to the grid
Start is not opened when tapping the Win key, I haven't updated and it was working fine earlier

oh another issue with the window manager rq (since you may still be fixing things for it)
if an app is added to the grid while a video player is fullscreen the player will unfullscreen / the maximised app will unmaximise in favour of the grid

oh and also a more unrelated issue but for some games with mouse sticking movement controls the start menu shows up but the mouse still behaves as if it's part of the game window
