#Dock is behind windows + dock wont react to mouse hover (v2.4.5)

I have two issues with dock. I'll start the thing that happens too often.

Dock is hidden behind windows. I have dock set to be auto-hiding so that it only shows up when my mouse is bumping the bottom of the screen. But way too often the dock is hidden behind the windows I have open. Of course I dont want it to open up if I have a game or something like that in full screen mode, but this happens for everything.

Second issue is more rare. rarely when I bump my mouse at the bottom of my screen to get the dock to unhide and I move my mouse up towards the apps I want to click on, it just hides again as if the mouse isn't on top of the dock.

Two issues I have - One which isn't even mentioned here. That sometimes the toolbar is ignored when maximizing windows.

The dock not reacting to hover over is rare but when it happens I'll show.

Yep, have same issue too...on two PCs. Dock is not summoned when the windows is maximized, but it depends on app. For example Photoshop with maximized window blocks dock to be popped out, but some apps work properly. I am confused, it happens on last 3 releases continuously. I tried also clear installation, nothing worked.

Just want to say dock issue behind windows is still happening. I have not experienced the other issue since I posted this, so might have been fixed - or maybe I just had an incredibly rare issue. haha
