Weird issue with app tray

So i've tried Seelen on both my laptop and pc which run Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (debloated with Chris Titus's tool), and on both machines i get this weird issue with the app tray. It doesn't show me any app icons and whenever i open the tray it gltiches the entire screen unitl its closed. Both machines are amd, the pc has a Rx6600 and my laptop has integrated graphics. I tried beta, relase and microsoft store versions, tried changing my resolutions but the issue still persists

other than that i have not touched the taskbar

and in the video it doesn't appear so the app is trying to get something that doesn't exist.

i just disabled seelene to check and it's there

but yeah, i've ntocied it in the video too

i have no idea why that happens, because the arrow is literally there in my regular windows taskbar

the app is trying to create the overflow window. but this is failing.

i disabled this, if it wont hhelp i'll disable it alltogether

funny thing is i trierd that yesterday on my laptop, and it didnt help

but seelen got updated so i guess maybe that also helped
