I've downloaded the game not long ago and set my graphics to max (+rtx) with DLAA and noticed I was getting anywhere from 27-50 fps in the outside areas so I tried switching to dlss quality which didn't make any difference in the fps I was getting for some reason any fixes? (rtx 5070 ti + i7 13700k)

Im getting 90fps outside with 5090 r9 9950x3D ngl frame generation isnt too bad now im getting around 200-260 outside
All i can say is update windows and install latest drivers.
My settings are 4k max with rt, dlss, no upscale type (nvidia off) i think its called i personally think the game looks to blurry with it them frame gen on 4x

I managed to improve my game by enabling rbar and download ultra plus and now I don't have the horrible stutters I had before
I'm getting like 130-150 fps with 4x frame gen now outside with maxed out settings without DLAA
but your performance does seem like 3x better than mine but maybe that makes sense due to the gpu and cpu
