#Loading srceen stuck

Hi everyone!

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m playing on Xbox.
When I tried to fast travel from one location to another, the usual loading screen appeared, but the game won’t progress beyond that.
I’ve put 100 hours into the game, and this happened right before the final main quest… 😞

I’ve already reinstalled the game and reset the Xbox. I also deleted the local save and synced it again from the cloud. Out of the 5 available autosaves, I can’t load an earlier one because I’ve restarted the game so many times that even those now reflect the frozen state.

I’ve tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked…
Has anyone else faced this? And if so, did you find a solution?
I’d appreciate any ideas I might have missed. 🥺🧙🏻‍♀️

I've definitely put in over 100. I play on ps5. Hogwarts Legacy is my only ps5 disc based game. My disc reader won't work unless I send in my ps5 for repair...which um, no. I play mortal kombat 1 daily. I went to Walmart and bought the game for the switch. Unless I repair my drive or spend another $60 on the digital copy, I've lost it all on my ps5. You may have to delete everything about it from your Xbox and reinitalize. But at least you don't have to buy everything all over again

Firstly, what event caused it to do this.

Like loading something massive, or was it random

And, if it was a software error, or hardware error

As if this isn't fixable, and it isn't a hardware error.

You may just need to completely delete the game and restart.
