Zenobia's Gobstones Quest

Guys I started Zenobia's Gobstones quest where I have to Accio her gobstones from a high ceiling in a courtyard, but it doesn't work I aim correctly and try to Accio the one that I see (Yes, it's shining and all), but it doesn't do anything and i've tried from so many angles. What could I do?
I'm playing on Nintendo Switch btw.

there is a thing about this game where if you shoot a spell without aiming it will auto aim to the nearest interactive thing, or smt like that. try to just shoot accio in the general Direction of the gobstone without aiming
