Hi, I'm from Poland and I play on steam. My hounted hogsmead quest is not available for me and I don't know why. I've tried on two computers and I cannot find this quest on any of them. I also cannot find this askaban clothes, but I received Hipogriph and Harry Potter glasses. Anyone help?

Hi there some question, do you have a clean reinstall of the game with out mods( that can prevent the quest triggering) also did you went through the third trial too? because that's also a req for the shop quest, about the rewards if you are on pc you should have got it on your main title screen.

On one computer I am before second trial and I tried with and without mods. On the second computer I have finished game (after last quest but before finishing school year) but I tried only with the mods. I will try without mods but it is strange for me that I got only few of the items, not all. When I opened the game on both computers I had a notification about all items that i get

yeah remove all of your mods and lest see how it goes, about the claimable rewards if you do not receive them you have to open a ticket on the official WB website to report the issue with details
