Find Archie

I am on the find archie quest and inside the tent - I defeated everyone inside, found archie in the basement, but I can't interact with the lock? It highlights blue, but I can't unlock it.

I'm lvl 26 and have the pick locking spell for reference, and I'm on PC - so "F" is typically for interact. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I just missing something very apparent?

Hi, if I remember correctly from when I did this quest its not a bug its part of the quest (possible spoiler ahead that says what I think you need to do) ||You need to find archie's wand and summon or give it to him then he unlocks it||

I watched a walkthrough on YouTube and they didn’t do this- however, they did hear him call for them (which I heard while I was fighting), but then they had a small@convo w him@in the basement which didn’t happen for me. I might need to abandon the quest 😦 think my game bugged

If I remember the game, where the cells are, you need to cast revelio on the table in the middle. There will be a box with the wand which you then give to Archie. Idk if you did that and it still won't work xD
