As I recall, your right side have a turning statues or some kind that you can access by lighting the caldron, there are cube inside that can open the stone wall just in front of your character.

Then, I guess you should go for the other collection chest, the quest about roccoco the niffler might guide you.
The incendio cube, afair, should be placed back into the same room as where you found it, on a platform there. it opens a path in the hippogriff room
then you have to use accio through gates to get cubes to you and be able to use wingardium leviosa to either place them on their specific platforms or get them to your side on their platforms
