After I installed the latest game-ready driver for my RTX 3070 card via Nvidia experience, Hogwart's legacy now shows only black screen instead of the games normal launching screen. There is the epilepsy warning but after that its just black with the launch screen music playing.

How can I fix this?

have you tried restarting?

I think I read on Reddit that more people got this and it might take about 15 minutes of waiting for it to properly load for the first time. The next times were fine.

I have an 3070 as well, but didn't encounter this issue myself

I had this problem after the 2nd patch. I actually had to install the latest NVIDIA drivers manually from the NVIDIA website instead of letting the GeForce Experience install it. I can't tell you why Geforce Experience messes it up, but it was a fix I had found on the Steam Discussions that worked for me.

Hope this helps!

Revert it to 528.49, happened to me and fixed it

I made a support ticket out of it, the warner support directed me to a different ticket that had 255 upvotes. I dunno. Doesnt seem anybody has reported it resolved yet.

Well that’s quite weird, happy you found a solution though!

well its less of a solution and more of a workaround if I have to use an older graphic driver

Mine just crashes after 5 mins. Going back to an older driver works.
