Honestly not a chance because this is an issue of your own creation. The game wasn’t at fault because you abused a glitch and then even more bizarre decided to use a token in a different chest.

No. You found an exploit and willingly exploited it. Most players would go, oh cool I probably shouldn’t be here, take a screenshot and reload a save if it was indeed an accidental bug.
I don’t believe for a second you didn’t read some post on Reddit explaining how to get into the common rooms and intentionally found yourself in this situation.

This was not a bug of the games design, it was intentional abuse.

Have to agree, you don't accidentally do that glitch and you didn't manual save before and if you did and overwritten it ... well that's kinda on you. Can't do anything about it now.

Sorry for being blunt, but I honestly think you would be wasting your time attempting a fix from Avalanche when I suspect 0.0001% of players will ever find themselves in this position.
All I can suggest is, enjoy your next play through.

You can test this to if you wish. So the ravenclaw tower can be unlocked from the outside

With a level 2 lock

The ravenclaw house is the only one you can fly out of. So if you can unlock the lock, you can maybe get in

#
