So um, part of the story will be that you do the first region, and after you take on the Elite 4 and Champion (Your Rival) you go to the second region like in Gen 2 and take on not only 8 more Gyms but also the evil team, Team Divide, a not really that villainous team based around the idea of making Pokemon battles into a legitimate sport based around mathematical strategies and that sort of thing, where the 4 team leaders and the official boss of the team are the TRUE first region's Elite 4 and the Boss of the team is actually the TRUE CHAMPION and after you defeat them, the team is shut down and you have the ability to take on a much more difficult first region's Elite 4 and Champion.
