i had undiagnosed carpal tunnel that I didn't know about because the PS4 controller didn't hurt me, got the PS5, and within 30mins of playing, both my wrists were numb and in pain at the same time. I have to use the PS4 controller on the PS5, which means that at some point I will be locked out of any new games that don't have a PS4 version. Oh well.
