I wouldn’t say that. But focusing too much on graphics like people are doing and let it ruin a game for you when other aspects are amazing. GTA: San Andreas still holds up as the best GTA game and those are actual ps2 graphics. There's games that have offline and online mode with 2 different experiences. Offline is to do the story and mess around. Online is to mess around with friends. Some games even have online stories to complete with others
