I went skateboarding like a month ago and had a pretty hard fall onto the concrete. After that it hurt a bit for a week, and then I think I slept weird or something and suddenly it started hurting a lot more. To the point where I couldn't sleep comfortably

went to the doctor and he said it was probably a spot that was infected, and gave me some meds to focus the pain to where it actually was and after I started taking them it got a bit better

and it was going well, but today I had a very heavy sneeze and it's been pretty bad again

I still have meds though so I'll just keep taking them, if it's not good when I'm out I'll have to go back probably

Oh, it is the same wand in the books, but in the film's they redesigned them to make them look more unique. It is the same wand

Makes sense for a visual medium that they'd give each wand the characteristics of the user. But I can't quite remember if they ever described the wands in the books beyond just the length/wood/core

The transition from each area of the castle is what I wanna see. Even in the movie sets etc they used separate fake sets to do that

Yeah in the 5th game they do some trickery for it to. Especially inside the caste, going into doors the camera usually pans up into some set position and when you walk through the door the game just teleports you to somwhere completely different on the map. I wonder if the actual inside layout of the castle works at all with the exterior.

not necessarily, if it's smaller on the inside then they have to do teleportation tricks

like, I think it was the third floor (cant remember exactly, been a while) where after this small corridor you're teleported to the suspension bridge, clear example of how something being smaller brings the need for teleportation

Yeah, but when you go into the room of requirement you get teleported under the map like -400 on the y-axis

plus it might have just been a side effect of them having a bigger scope for the room initially. I can imagine having a lot of different rooms under the map, and then depending on where you are in the story you get reported into differently sized rooms and whatnot, some who might not have fit the castle I guess. Impossible to say really, I just noticed it while messing around

We've had quite a few people ask - but ultimately I think it'll be exciting to play as an RPG! Means you can meet loads of interesting NPC characters and play the story exactly how you would like

I dig rpg games for sure but being able to do what you want without the interaction of other players and friends bums me right out. I was already thinking this was mmorpg for some reason and this was really the only game I was looking forward to so too find out its not multi player just hits the heart string hard. I get a little burnt out on just interacting with npc players. I can only keep that up for so long.

Eh, maybe in future that couldd be the case, seeinred, but as it is I think the game is built for single only. The good thing with that is the fact that they have been able to focus on the story, gameplay and characters without adding extra time into the implementation of multiplayer systems which can be super complicated.

So I see it as we're getting the best game possible due to the narrowing of the focus

it just fits the type of game I really like

lots of exploring, fun traversal, a set of rules that if you know them well enough you can basically break the game. Lots of smaller puzzles scattered everywhere with some occasional combat, but not too much.

Because not everyone has a new gen console or can afford one. Another reason it was always planned for the current gens

Also. I started playing death stranding recently and I fell in love

Honestly might be one of my new favourite games

I mean the harry potter series got darker as time went onto grow with the kids who read the books. i am just saying it sometimes happens, i still agree about sonic though.

But I'd say the first two books were aimed at students at the end of primary school/start of high school

It's really good. Nothing beats the feeling of collapsing onto a bed after delivering a box of plates and model dinosaurs after you've literally walked your boots into nothingness running away from ghosts because you ran out of bottles of shower water to throw at them

I have heard every opinion under the sun about Death Stranding and I'll just have to play for myself one day.

I will say on thing that has me intrigues is the social system. It sounds like with others you are actually working to make the world a better place

So if the game ever gets too Kojima for you, which I understand it's Kojima to the extreme, you can just take a break and enjoy the fact that you have helped some one and find thing that others have placed in the world just for you

Mhm. The only reward for carrying somebodys dropped cargo to the destination is knowing you helped them

There's no reward besides that

It's a game very centered on human connection

Ngl. The thing I'm looking forward to the most in HL is the social system. It sounds like you make friends and enemies with NPC and I can't wait to see what companion system they set up

The funny thing about Death Stranding is just that people say it's bad because it's a walking simulator. And that to me just seems like it's not your type of game. I don't really mind it.

Seems impossible to patent to me. Do you base it on the similarity of the system itself, or just how it is perceived to the player? And if it's only by code, then how likely is it that anyone else makes exactly the same system. And if it's by perception, that seems rather vague.
