Ummm. Not too much has been shown yet iirc. Going off the Arkham series, Arkham revolved around Batman solving a larger mystery in Gotham city, using a range of tools and meeting a range of characters to do so.

Gotham Knights revolves around Batgirl, Robin, Red Hood, and Nightwing iirc, so I assume it will be similar, but with different characters and therefore a different dynamic
