Since it's single player, I might just use my real name so I feel a part of it. I apply this behavior to what I purchase as well; I never buy anything named.

For example: when I got a wand sold at WWoHP, I ignored the named "Harry Potter", "Hermione Granger", etc wands and got the anonymized ones.

Similarly, I'll never buy a "magical trunk" with Harry Potter's name on it, but I would be interested if it didn't have a name.

Exceptions are given when it comes to clothing or anything that's more so a representation rather than being imagined as the "real thing". Stuff like Dobby socks are fine (I posted a picture a few days back).
