I'm starting to believe that reading is becoming less and less of a thing for most people. I even had some people tell me, "can you not write entire paragraphs" Why? because more than 6 words scare you? I'm not mad at anyone, it's just this is something I've been running into lately in the last year. Last gf who is 21 couldn't write past 6 words or even tell me her feelings. Several friends can't tell me anything past like "yeah, sure, ok" and it's rather annoying.
I think it's because we have instant messaging out the ass on everything. You can almost message people on everything from instagram, facebook, discord, snapchat, text messaging, twitter, tumblr, telegram, skype, and likely more. I mean, I was a teenager 10 years ago, then I guess I likely subtract 2 for me being 16 and so I could REALLY get into it. we didn't have all these. I think some of them were starting but most of us were either using skype, myspace or text messaging. I think AIM was still a thing.
I can't tell you how many times on different websites I've been told, "Google it" and now people can't do it and other people are apologetic and say, "that's too much to read D:" oh no, like oh no how did you ever get past school? Did you ever read a book? Oh god, anything over a comic book would scare you. Please go back to reading doctor Suess. 🙄

Sure, I love both but DC I grew up with. I never got that deep into Marvel as a kid. Most Comic book fans can agree that DC is better at cartoons and Marvel is better at movies.
Dark Knight was the best of all three.

He loved it when I started to get into comics around my late teens early 20s. I started reading Green Lantern, Nightwing and more. Nightwing is Ultimately my favorite. I was reading the Flash but I got bored.
Pick a hero and go to town.

I looked into comics that was more magic based and I found Tarot - Witch of the black Forest. Not really a SUPER HERO but is at the same time? I was reading it. If you're not sure where to start with heros, I would say Scooby Apocalypse is also good.
