There are 2 mods that are unique quests to my knowledge. The mannequin one (Dark wizard outfit or something by SGoldWB), and the Load Steamboat Willie's Boat Quest. There are a number of extra dungeons as well, like Dungeon of Doom, Sam's Dungeon, Flooded Library(I think that's what it's called). Hope that answers your first question. As for your second, I don't know if you can change house midrun for all the different Jackdaw Quests. I suppose you can try it and let me know.

They both have the same amount of VRAM. Sure the 4090 is powerful but are you really gonna sacrifice a monthly salary's worth of money on a card?

For me, you don't need the cutting edge cards. The upper midrange is good enough. Skip the lowest barrier of entry every time.

Also NEVER upgrade each year.

Only a consoomerist fool would sacrifice their kidney for a GPU. You buy these things once every 3 to 5 years depending on your habits.
