The game was never well optimized to begin with. to be fair, this is avalanche's 1st attempt of a game on this scale. your cpu will be 6 years old in a few months. zen2 is kinda dated. while a 3060ti can keep up with even consoles beating them in certain areas, you are still held back by only 8gb of vram. Its fine in less demanding titles, but this game isn't one of them.

first time i do that trial, with levioso i can stop the yellow orb with the guardian, but when they have 1/4 life, thet start to use a purple orb, and with the skills i have can't do nothing, i move away and they back to yellow orb, don't know what other way i can explain it :S

For the purple orb, you use Accio, and...I'm not sure what other purple spells there are off the top of my head. Descendo, but you don't have that one yet. Depulso, probably.

No, they're only within the 'Hogwarts' map, except for the Quidditch pitch which for some reason registers under the Highlands map region surrounding it when you open it to see where you are, but are still counted under the 'Hogwarts' map counter. There are a few on/near the ramparts and the pitch so those may be the ones you're missing.

You only have to get to the map chamber which if you rush through, goes by fairly quick

mostly just doing the main quest and sneaking around the map avoiding level 20 enemies

I didn't really even get into a fight until just before I went to find jackdaws remains only to find I could habe floo'd there because id explored outside right after hogsmede... keep out? that's not very ambitious
