You need to go through the mountain pass, on foot until you get through the ridge. You won't be able to fly through.

Track one of the quests and it'll draw a path for you. It'll take a while, but you'll get there. Once you're out of the mountainside and back in the open highlands you can get back on your broom.

Not how it works.

Vortex is a mod manager, it helps you put mods in the game so you don't have to do it manually. The mods are most probably still in your game itself.

You need to go in and rip 'em out yourself. If you don't know how to do that then again, uninstall the game entirely and do a clean reinstall. Hell, that may still be necessary even if you do know how to manually remove them.

I would like to point out that of all the versions of this game the PC version is the most bugged

Issues with PC are more complicated than simply bugs. it compiles shaders at every launch, when that only needs to be done once. problems in the past with HAGS, if you turn that on you risk crashes. if you turned it off you place more load on your cpu...in a game already cpu bottlenecked in certain areas like the castle and hogsmeade. problems with RT, texture streaming, memory leaks. similar issues exist on console byt more apparent on PC due to having higher textures, RT and a higher use of vram since you can choose higher resolutions to play at.

The game also seems to crumple under its weight when vram usage goes above 11-12gb. ands its not out of the ordinary to see vram usage as high as 15gb at 4k ultra
