Disable Ray Tracing and Mods, also disabling GPU Scheduling seems to be helping but if you use Frame Generation you'll have to get your graphic settings a bit lower

they're working on a fix, after they push the patches you'll be able to enable GPU Scheduling and in turn, Frame Generation

To disable the GPU scheduling in Windows 11, press Windows+i to open the Settings app. Go to the "System" section, then select the "Display" option from the right-hand side. From the "Related Settings" section, select "Graphics." Choose "Change Default Graphics Settings."

I've never had crashing issues before this update. I play on PC, and have had my ray tracing turned off even before the update. I have an aurora r15, and usually can play the game on ultra graphics, so I am a little shocked to be having crashing issues. The game is crashing randomly and unprompted while doing regular tasks such as decorating the room of requirement, or flying around the castle on a broom.

not necessarily. the 2080ti was launched 2yrs before the ps5/xsx was released and it still runs roughly 30% better than consoles on average. theoretically, you could ride a card like that out until the next generation of consoles roll out.

it depends on the hardware you purchased at the time. a 2060 for example would be long overdue for an upgrade

Emulation in itself isn't illegal either. there is nothing morally or legally wrong with buying the game then moving those files to your own system in order to emulate. It was cut during development. along with things like a morality system and house points. on PC you're able to do it, and I think ppl stumbled across extra dialogue while they were using some companions during quests they normally have nothing to do with in the base game.

If director's cut actually happens, I think it'd be cool that the devs preserved all that data and didn't just completely scrap it all, even though it was removed from the final product. since I doubt they'll be re-building those assets from scratch.

There are lists that have the enemies in order as they should appear in your collections. Use a list to find out which one you’re kidding and then search wgere that Foe is normally found

I had this on a 4060Ti. In Windows go to Settings>System>Display>Graphics and click on "Change default graphics settings"
In there turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling and Optimisation For Windowed Games.
Kinda annoying as it means you can't use DLSS and you'll probably want to turn it back on for other games but it worked for me and others I've seen on other forums 🙂

If you’ve almost cleared all the camps you might as well finish them. You’ll get all the lootable traits from clearing all the camps

its called save scumming. you can do it anytime at any campe where u didnt open the chest. you need to save before opening the chest. if u dont get what u want, reload then repeat.

the only reason is to get the attribute u want early, since eventually you'll get them all anyway
