I don’t think that’s the case I believe there are countries like America where a majority could be obese but if you look at the average of the entire world than it wouldn’t be. So to be above average you would not just have to be thin or not obese but also do regularly physical activities, that goes for the other categories as well. If I am not mistaken the poverty rate in the US is still very high especially compared to countries like Germany. In Germany we have mostly relative poverty where people aren’t destitute like in the US when you talk about poverty. I believe a country were the people who have it the worst have it as least worst as possible is something that qualities that country as being the greatest but not just that. This is just a factor of many. But this is something that the US did not manage well. Imagine if you can choose in which country you want to be born in a country where there are very rich and very poor people or a country where there are rich and kinda poor people and you wouldn’t know if you would be born into a very poor family or a rich family or if you are disabled or not. I think most people would choose the country that treats the people who have it worst the least worst possible
