My game is still not saving. No auto save or manual save. So if I die it will start me back hours at my last saved day. Contacted customer support where they sent me a stock reply that had nothing to do with my issue. Then they closed my case. Tried all the fixes on the net but none of them worked. It’s not just me, there are hundreds of players saying the same thing. Please help.

I've had the same problem on mine, my best fix is if you have the not saving bug, do the save, then click your home button (sometimes go to the home menue) and go back and it'll fix itself, if not do the same thing, and don't exit the application, but turn the console to rest mode, turn back on and go back into the game, and it should either fix itself or update the save

May have to try these a few times, sometimes it works sometimes it dosnt, this is just from my experience

Thank you. I tried the first part. Did not work. It won’t let me save at all so if I do the reset is it going to take me back to my last save (which would be hours of lost time) I’m at 91% and I’d hate to lose this game.

As long as you turn it to rest mode and not shut it all the way down, as well as do not exit the application it should go right back to wherever you left it at

And at that point you should be able to save, again you may have to try these a few times

I really hope this helps! I lost well over 30ish hours (over a few sessions) before figuring these out!

Took me a while, like 20hrs of testing, but I am sure it will fix many of the problems people are having, especially if they are CPU limited in fx. hogsmeade

I started out running FSR with 90-100 fps at 1440p.
Now I am running native res no FSR, 120-140 fps, with higher settings than before.
Just takes some config file copy paste and you're done

So u need to edit Vram poolsize to 50% of ur vram

This is what fixes the stutters btw. If you dedicated enough vram for textures (Vram poolsize) the stutters will go away.

I would like to gladly point out that Customized is spelt wrong in the menus, it is spelt as 'Customised'.

They used an 's' which is a misspelling of the word. 'Customise' isn't even a word in the dictionary

No. You'd need to get the PS4 version. A PS4 can't read PS5 disks.

A PS5 can, however, run PS4 games, but it's better to get the PS5 version on PS5 because the PS4 version usually looks and runs worse.

It'd be kinda like trying to run the Switch version of Mario Kart 8 or Bayonetta on a Wii U, but it's a bit of an extreme comparison because the Wii U and Switch are a lot different than the PS4 and PS5.

The PS5 version of Hogwarts is built for the PS5's architecture, not the PS4's, which is why it's taken a while for the PS4 version to come out. It's such a big game, so I'm sure the porting process was difficult.

I could imagine how impossible the Switch port is.
