sell them cause upgrades don't affect the main stats. Upgrade is for the secondary stats. So if a gear have offence, upgrades will add defence, and not increase its offence. So there is no point in keeping anything that is lower than what you have in base stats

for cosmetics? maybe, if you like. For any additional content, no. The arena battles are not challenging. Only fun for the first time. But if you need 100% achievement, then it is required. So if you like 100% achievement and some additional cosmetics, then go for it, else it is pretty useless.

That’s the worse, SUDEP is horrific. At least she wasn’t in pain during it. Mine was in the late-afternoon after visiting a friends house. Was having tonic-clonics (full convulsions) for 45 minutes+ non-stop

You can easily upgrade to 32GB of RAM to help a bit. It's also CPU heavy but that's more difficult to upgrade

If you have 2 sticks of 8GB, you could get the same matching model with 2 more sticks. Otherwise just replace your existing sticks with 2x16, go with at least 3200MHz DDR4, any reputable cheap brand will do

depends on your budget and where you live.. rtx 3060 gpu, 5600x cpu would probably be your cheapest upgrades, I personally don't think the ram is a major issue, but yeah, all depends on your budget and region
