Spell use is seamless and easy, combat revolves around trying to combo things, in world and puzzle wise it’s intuitive enough to figure out.

No major bugs here, people fade in poorly at times but it’s usually the most random rooms, most of the world feels pretty alive and populated. Also a couple of issues with targeting and auto aim but I’ve figured out how to work it.

World feels alive, a lot of nice QoL things around the map. I do wish there was more as far as like, adding context to certain random events/ability to interact, but it feels very fantastical and you see and interact with a lot of cool scenes playing out around you.

I came in with capered expectations based on seeing they were rushed out and knowing how cyberpunk went. Was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know if this is a game I’ll play more than one time through, but it’s immersive and a fun story, solid single player rpg, def not a 10/10 but I like it

It's not difficult at all to use the spells. And it does not effect the way you play at all.

The only bug I have encountered was during one of the quests where I was following a character I left the path and stopped following them for a moment and they wouldn't move after that and kept pacing back and forth. I haven't encountered that since and the fix is to restart the game.

You can interact with everything and there are a lot of hidden secrets and things so use revelio a lot to reveal them.

I rate it a 10/10 best game I've played. There is so much. They gave us everything we could want in a harry potter open world game. The only complaint I have is that there is no option for online multi-player. I'd love for them to allow us to play with friends and explore the world and have stuff kind of like grand theft auto.

Other than that it's what I expected and I'm recommending to anyone who is wary about getting it. It's truly amazing and no amount of gameplay videos and images can truly show everything that's incredible about the game.

Choose hufflepuff if you want to see Azkaban. Its a house exclusive quest. There are supposedly several of those.

The argument people used to try to get people to boycott the game was doomed to fail from day one. Yes dont use Raytraced shadows they are broken and in most cases actually look worse than normal shadows. They are the root cause of stuttering, fps drops, missing textures or shadows. That said there are some locations that are bit buggy in regards to fps regardless of settings. Just need to wait for patch.

The memory usage is high. For me 1440p ultra uses 11GB VRAM and 24GB memory. Probably this will be the problem.

For me with 12GB 3080 and 32GB RAM the game runs very smooth with no problem on 1440p.
Or if you really wants to play with 16GB try to lower draw distance and texture quality.

When the game loads you should see the dark arts item being added. Then in the game find the Gear Section, hover over one of the boxes and use the F key to Equip Gear

Try to play on linux. I heared that the game runs really good on it. You can save some memory as well. Turn on FSR or DLSS, lower texture quality and draw distance, maybe grass quality. Close discord, chome...

depends on what kind of cpu you have and how much ram in total you have. Now idk if you meant 8gb as in the vram that the gpu has or how much ram you have. But if your talking about the gpu's vram then its all good. I run the game on 4gb vram gpu. Although you gotta have like atleast 16gb of ram in your pc because i use 16gb and its using like 12 of it. I run on medium settings and then for effects quality i have high, material on high, foliage on high, shadow on high and texture on high. And i run the game smoothly. The recommended cpu is amd ryzen 5 3600 or intel core i7- 8700...

The cosmetics are cosmetics, when you collect an item it becomes a permanent cosmetic option.

You can select them from a seperate menu as like a glamour from your gear menu!
